Inkernet is a platform for discovering tattoo flash art. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the GDPR.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

  • Account data: your email address and a hashed password when you register
  • Creator profile data: display name, bio, location, website URL, and avatar image (creators only)
  • Uploaded artwork: flash images uploaded by creators
  • Usage data: follows, wishlist entries, and other in-app actions you take
  • Session data: a session identifier stored in a cookie to keep you logged in

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the platform
  • To send email verification and password reset messages
  • To display creator profiles and flash artwork to other users

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers in the EU. Uploaded images are served via a CDN (Bunny CDN). By using Inkernet you consent to this storage.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will remove your personal data from our systems.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
