1. Alpha Software Disclaimer

Inkernet is currently in early alpha. The platform is provided as-is, without any guarantees of uptime, data persistence, or feature stability. We may reset data, change features, or take the service offline at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Inkernet. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Content

By uploading content to Inkernet you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it. You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on someone else's intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use Inkernet to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute malware or attempt to breach our systems
• Scrape or bulk-harvest data without written permission

6. Limitation of Liability

Inkernet is provided without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or business interruption.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Inkernet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
